  • 1 sheet of gelatin

Whipped cream

  • 10g Sugar

Easter is coming and you want to please your guests? Here is an easy recipe, quick and super good. Before starting, take 10 fresh eggs. Cut the top of the eggs with an egg cutter and empty them. Take a pot and boil some water. Drop the eggs in the hot water and boil for 5 minutes.

Prepare the chocolate cream: heat the milk and the cream in a pot. Mix egg yolks and sugar and pour the boiled milk on the egg mixture. Pour into the pot again and boil up to 82 ° C, like a custard. Then pour the custard over the chopped chocolate. Mix and store in the fridge.

Continue with lemon jelly: Pour all ingredients in a saucepan, boil and add the gelatin (previously soaked in cold water) after cooking. Let congeal the jelly in the refrigerator for several hours.

For the raspberry compote, put the fresh raspberries in a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice and zests. Mash everything carefully with a fork. Keep cold until use. Proceed the same way for the banana compote.

Last preparation: The whipped cream. Whip the cream with the sugar until you obtain a smooth cream.

Now prepare your eggs… Fill up the half of the eggs with the chocolate cream. Add either some raspberry compote or some banana compote. Then finish with jelly or whipped cream. Play with the combinations of ingredients…

Once you have filled the eggs, be creative and decorate the eggs, as you like ;)
